- Develop and implement HR strategy
- Manage recruitment and Saudization programs
- Oversee employee affairs and payroll
- Ensure compliance with Qiwa, GOSI, and MHRSD
- Implement performance appraisal systems
المؤهلات
- Saudi national
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience within Saudi Arabia
