The main goal of this internship is to fully immerse you in the operational realities of the Commercial Department. It aims to allow you to develop your practical skills in sales, customer relations, and commercial strategies. You will have the opportunity to understand how a commercial strategy is developed, implemented, and adjusted according to market dynamics. You are expected to develop a deep understanding of the processes governing our customer interactions, from prospecting to loyalty. Your contribution will be directly linked to achieving our commercial objectives, allowing you to concretely measure the impact of your work and learning.
المسؤوليات
- Actively participate in the development and implementation of commercial strategies
- Support sales development and participate in performance analysis
- Identify new market opportunities
- Interact with customers and participate in customer relationship management
- Prepare commercial materials and manage customer databases
- Involved in occasional market research aimed at better understanding competitors and anticipating trends
- Administrative tasks related to managing commercial files
المؤهلات
- Level of education corresponding to a Bac +2 (associate's degree or first two years of a bachelor's degree)
- Specialization in Distribution is particularly appreciated
- Experience ranging from 0 to 1 year sought (internships, summer jobs, etc.)
