- Conducting salary surveys and benchmarking to maintain competitive pay rates.
- Implement strategies for annual increase.
- Initiate and implement an effective reward program.
- Develop an international pay and benefits schemes.
- Working closely with finance and management to align compensation strategies.
- Linking the compensation strategies to employee performance.
