Our Customer Success Managers work closely with our top customers to understand their fleet and unique challenges, advising on how to customize Samsara for their needs and becoming their long-term partner.

المسؤوليات

  • Ensure customers increase safety and efficiency using the Samsara IoT platform.
  • Compose joint success plans with customers outlining objectives and metrics.
  • Orchestrate executive business reviews with decision-makers.
  • Conduct workshops to understand operations and recommend workflow changes.
  • Understand platform capabilities and explain them to various business types.
  • Serve as a mentor to wider teams.

المؤهلات

  • 2-4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, sales, or strategic consulting role
  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution
