Senior Information Technology Officer

The IT & Back Office Support role is responsible for providing comprehensive information technology and systems support for UCC KSA back-office operations within the construction sector. The position ensures efficient functioning of IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and business applications, while supporting Finance and Operations departments with reporting, data management, and system optimization. The role also oversees electronic documentation, archiving, and data security to support business continuity and regulatory compliance.

- Analyze business requirements and align IT resources to support construction back-office operations.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate hardware, software, and enterprise systems (ERP, project management systems, document control systems).
- Provide troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and technical support for IT infrastructure.
- Ensure continuous availability of servers, networks, user systems, and business applications.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related services and support.
- Support ERP systems related to finance, procurement, inventory, payroll, and project costing.
- Assist users with system operations, access management, and issue resolution.
- Support data accuracy, system enhancements, and process automation initiatives.
- Ensure physical and virtual security of IT assets, including server rooms and end-user devices.
- Implement cybersecurity controls such as antivirus systems, firewalls, access controls, and backups.
- Manage secure data storage, system backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Support Finance and Management teams with regular and ad-hoc reports.
- Manage electronic archiving and document control for financial, contractual, and operational records.
- Assist in preparation, monitoring, and control of the IT department budget.
- Track IT assets and licenses.
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
