Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence is looking for a talented and experienced Banquet Chef who shares our passion for excellence. The role manages the kitchen’s cold food production area to ensure established standards are met.
المسؤوليات
- Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the cold food production area
- Assist in the planning and development of menus and recipes
- Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling and inventory control
- Ensure sanitation standards and cleanliness are in compliance
- Maintain control systems to assure quality and portion consistency
- Coordinate menu tastings and pre-meal meetings to educate staff
- Interact directly with guests to ascertain satisfaction
المؤهلات
- More than 1 year experience
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
- Ability to operate computer equipment and department systems
