We are seeking a highly experienced Director of IT Operations to lead and optimize our IT infrastructure, service management, and operations across our offices, dark stores, and cloud kitchens. This is a senior leadership role, based at our Riyadh HQ, critical to ensuring seamless IT operations that support our fast-growing business.

  • Lead and mentor a team of 10+ IT professionals
  • Oversee the design, deployment, and management of IT infrastructure
  • Manage the IT Helpdesk and maintain SLAs
  • Implement and manage IT security policies and access control
  • Oversee call center technologies
  • Manage relationships with external vendors
  • Develop and manage the IT operations budget

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in IT operations and infrastructure
  • 3-5 years in a leadership role
