IIQAF Group is seeking a proactive and well-organized Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office and site administration within our Construction division in Dubai. The role involves handling documentation, coordination, reporting, and administrative support to ensure smooth operations across construction projects.
المسؤوليات
- Provide administrative support to project managers, engineers, and site teams
- Prepare, organize, and maintain project documents, reports, and correspondence
- Handle data entry, filing, and record management
- Assist with purchase requests, delivery notes, and vendor documentation
- Coordinate meetings, site schedules, and internal communications
- Maintain timesheets, attendance records, and basic HR documentation
- Support invoice tracking and coordination with the finance team
- Ensure compliance with company policies and construction documentation standards
المؤهلات
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or Project Administrator
- Experience in construction or contracting companies preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Familiarity with construction documentation, BOQs, and site reports
