IIQAF Group is seeking a proactive and well-organized Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office and site administration within our Construction division in Dubai. The role involves handling documentation, coordination, reporting, and administrative support to ensure smooth operations across construction projects.

المسؤوليات

  • Provide administrative support to project managers, engineers, and site teams
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain project documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Handle data entry, filing, and record management
  • Assist with purchase requests, delivery notes, and vendor documentation
  • Coordinate meetings, site schedules, and internal communications
  • Maintain timesheets, attendance records, and basic HR documentation
  • Support invoice tracking and coordination with the finance team
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and construction documentation standards

المؤهلات

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or Project Administrator
  • Experience in construction or contracting companies preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Familiarity with construction documentation, BOQs, and site reports
