Marketing & Event Coordinator (MENA)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Event Coordinator to support the execution of marketing activities, brand activations, and events across the MENA region. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to grow in the field of Marketing. This is a highly executional role focused on coordination, logistics, and delivery working closely with the Regional Marketing Manager and aligning with Central Marketing standards.

المسؤوليات
- Support the planning, coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, events, expos, sponsorships, seminars, and workshops across MENA
- Assist with regional brand activations and marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent brand execution
- Coordinate production and delivery of online- and offline assets
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery, correct specs, and smooth event readiness
- Maintain and track inventory of marketing collateral and event materials
- Support identification and coordination of influencers/community partners for campaigns, events and activations
- Assist with CRM workflows and campaign execution support
- Coordinate internally with Marketing, Business Development, compliance and other regional stakeholders
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Experience from 0-2 years in marketing, events, coordination, or execution-focused roles
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel
- Proactive team player with strong coordination skills
- Willingness to travel for events and activations when required
