Vheda Health is seeking a Client Success Relationship Manager to support successful client implementations, nurture ongoing relationships, present program value, and drive account growth. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, this role focuses on health insurance plans (Medicaid, Medicare, SNP) and requires travel up to 25% for in-person client meetings.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular outreach
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and address concerns
  • Deliver impactful presentations to clients demonstrating product value
  • Track and manage contractual commitments
  • Partner with internal departments (clinical, operations, analytics) to meet client expectations
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
  • Engage with community members to understand needs and preferences
  • Leverage community feedback to inform strategic decisions
  • Travel up to 25% to client sites

المؤهلات

  • BA/ BS Degree or equivalent
  • 5 years or more in a client-facing role (e.g., account management, client management)
  • Working knowledge in healthcare, specifically with health insurance plans (Medicaid, Medicare, SNP)
