Manage all accounting, finance coordination, and administrative activities for a Riyadh overseas branch. Act as the local finance backbone and ensure smooth operations with the head office.
المسؤوليات
- Maintain books of accounts and record all transactions
- Manage invoicing, collections, and supplier payments
- Handle bank reconciliations and petty cash
- Support VAT/Zakat compliance
- Manage staff attendance and basic HR coordination
- Coordinate with local vendors and government portals
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting and admin roles
- Knowledge of KSA accounting practices, VAT/Zakat regulations
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
