The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing HR software solutions to support human resources functions such as recruitment, payroll, performance management, employee records, and more. You will work closely with business leaders, HR teams, and IT professionals to ensure that HR software aligns with organizational goals.
المسؤوليات
- Gather business requirements from HR stakeholders
- Configure and implement HR software (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, etc.)
- Collaborate with technical teams for enterprise system integration
- Conduct testing and validation of software configuration
- Provide training and support to HR users
- Assist with change management during system go-live
- Analyze HR processes and recommend software-based improvements
المؤهلات
- Master's degree preferred
