Supply Chain Manager

Abbott's Established Pharmaceutical Division is seeking a Supply Chain Manager in Jeddah. You will partner with the affiliate leadership team to drive sales and margin improvement, develop country supply chain strategies, and oversee end-to-end supply chain processes. Key responsibilities include supply replenishment planning, demand monitoring, inventory reconciliation, and TPM management.

- Drive sales, growth and margin improvement in partnership with affiliate Leadership.
- Develop and implement country supply chain strategies.
- Implement Supply Chain planning policies and practices.
- Oversee E2E SC process and biosimilars localization projects.
- Monitor stock levels of APIs & bulk items at TPMs.
- Plan and optimize monthly supply replenishment using SAP.
- Lead monthly supply reviews and communicate with Planning Centers.
- Manage backorders and coordinate with Regulatory Affairs on importation plans.
- Manage inventory reconciliation and distressed inventory monitoring.
- Provide shipment plans to APO to secure container booking.
- Monitor Supply Chain indicators like OTIF and capacity constraints.
المؤهلات
- Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Statistics, Pharmacy or Business Administration.
- 10-12 years’ experience in the Supply chain field.
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience.
- Strong experience in Supply Planning & logistics.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Advanced Excel and database skills.
