ARIB is seeking an experienced Senior Social Media Specialist to lead social media presence across KSA and UAE markets. Responsibilities include strategy development, content creation, and community management within the fintech industry.

- Lead, manage, and optimize social media platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Instagram, X, TikTok)
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies
- Oversee and mentor the social media team
- Manage community engagement and online moderation
- Track performance metrics and analyze insights
- Prepare regular performance reports
- Stay up to date with trends in the GCC market
المؤهلات
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Content Creation
- Strong skills in Digital Marketing and overall Marketing strategies
- Excellent Communication abilities
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools
- Proven experience in developing strategies for growth
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Previous experience in the financial or fintech industry is a plus
- Senior-level experience in social media management
- Proven hands-on experience managing social media for KSA and UAE markets
- 3-5 years experience in community management preferably in Fintech
