Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our Food & Beverage team. The Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for providing an outstanding guest experience within the outlet concept by assisting in managing a service team in cooperation with the culinary team.
المسؤوليات
- Provide professional and courteous service
- Ensure place of work is clean and organized
- Execute highest level of service and set-up standards
- Participate in menu design in cooperation with the outlet Head Chef
- Organize tastings of daily dishes and new menus
- Perform upselling for all items
- Produce reports and analysis of the outlet
- Assist in preparation of the outlet’s budget
- Conduct monthly inventory of operating supplies
- Ensure effective payroll control
- Conduct daily pre-shift meetings
- Handle guest enquiries and complaints
المؤهلات
- Previous experience in the same role minimum of two years in a luxury property
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management is preferred
- International work experience in at least two regions: Asia, Europe, North America, Middle East
