Head of Finance

Our client, a leading FinTech organisation, is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead the full finance function of its regulated entity. This is a senior leadership role responsible for financial governance, financial reporting, and operational finance excellence. Oversee IFRS-compliant financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual). Ensure full compliance with ZATCA and statutory requirements. Manage lending, payments, safeguarding, and settlement finance operations. Partner with relevant stakeholders on consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting. Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and ERP optimisation. Lead and develop the finance team. Profile: 10 to 15 years’ progressive finance experience. Strong background in lending/financing businesses. Experience within SAMA-regulated entities. Professional qualification (SOCPA, CPA, ACCA, CA or equivalent) beneficial. Proven leadership capability within regulated financial services.
