SUPERVISOR, MEDICAL LABORATORY

Supervises operations of a designated section of the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine (DPLM). Ensures that standards of quality and efficiency are maintained in accordance with policy and objectives.
المسؤوليات
- Manages, plans, organizes, and monitors operations of the section
- Manages budget allocated to section and minimizes total sectional costs
- Responsible for the Laboratory Information System (LIS) for the section
- Develops and maintains quality control programs (CAP/AABB standards)
- Evaluates staff performance and counsels staff
المؤهلات
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology is required
- Four (4) to six (6) years of related experience including two (2) years in a supervisory/senior position
- Current Registration from Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCHS)
