Managing Director for Global Consultancy Office

AUIB is seeking a Managing Director for the Global Consultancy Office (GCO) to provide leadership for advisory services to government and private sectors in Iraq. The role involves business development, project acquisition, and ensuring the office achieves financial self-sustainability within 3–5 years.
المسؤوليات
- Develop and execute GCO’s strategic plan and performance objectives
- Lead business development and project acquisition initiatives
- Position GCO as a premier advisory partner for ministries and NGOs
- Represent GCO and AUIB in national and international forums
- Oversee project delivery quality and client satisfaction
- Recruit and mentor multidisciplinary consultant teams
- Ensure GCO achieves financial self-sustainability
- Coordinate with Finance and Legal offices for institutional compliance
المؤهلات
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Business, Public Policy, or Engineering
- 10–15 years of progressive leadership in consultancy or advisory roles
- Strong understanding of Iraq’s economic frameworks
