Responsible for overseeing all recruitment, selection, and onboarding activities at Misk Schools to identify and retain top talent.
المسؤوليات
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies
- Manage hiring process from job description to selection
- Coordinate visa process with Government Relations
- Create and update manpower plans
- Manage new hire onboarding program
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business
- 8+ years relevant experience
- CIPD Level 3 or higher preferred
