Maintenance Manager
وصف الوظيفة
To lead the maintenance function within the plant and manage the inspection, monitoring and repair of all assets to maintain optimum plant integrity and reliability in accordance with contractual agreements and HSSE standards.
المسؤوليات
- Develop Maintenance-departmental strategy
- Manage departmental budget and monitor financial performance
- Lead and manage planning of preventive, corrective and condition-based maintenance
- Oversee equipment risk assessment processes
- Manage timely response to emergency breakdowns
- Oversee maintenance documentation in SAP
- Coordinate with EPC representatives during project phase
- Lead planning and execution of annual outages
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting
- Ensure compliance with HSSE policies
- Manage and develop the maintenance team
المؤهلات
- A Bachelor degree holder in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- 12-15 years of experience in a similar environment with few years in a managerial position
- Experience in Power / Water generation sector preferred
- Experience developing / implementing preventive and predictive maintenance processes
- In-depth Knowledge of CMMS (SAP Template desirable)
