Account Manager I

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Food - Jordan team in Amman. This role is responsible for owning and nurturing relationships with our restaurant partners to help them grow and succeed on the Careem platform. You will play a critical role in optimizing partner performance, improving operational metrics, and driving strategic initiatives.
المسؤوليات
- Manage a portfolio of restaurant partners and ensure satisfaction
- Drive partners' performance through business reviews and data insights
- Identify and resolve partner concerns
- Support onboarding and training of new partners
- Advocate internally for partner needs
- Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics
المؤهلات
- 2-4 years of experience in account management or business development
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
- Fluent in Arabic
