We are looking for a Business Operations Specialist to manage and coordinate the operational implementation of new projects, ensuring successful onboarding and go-live at knokcare.
المسؤوليات
- Lead the implementation, onboarding and go-live of new projects
- Manage and oversee operational aspects of ongoing projects
- Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools
- Provide reactive support by addressing operational issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
المؤهلات
- Based in the Óbidos region (mandatory)
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory)
- Availability for travel (mandatory)
- Proven experience in project management and/or operations management
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting
