Sourcing Specialist (Construction Products)

Litchi is seeking a motivated and experienced Sourcing Specialist to manage sourcing and supplier relationships for a wide range of construction products. The ideal candidate will have strong product knowledge and proven experience negotiating with international suppliers, mainly China.
المسؤوليات
- Source and select suppliers for construction items
- Conduct market research and attend trade fairs in China
- Manage end-to-end sourcing process: RFQ, quotation analysis, sample evaluation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers in China
- Coordinate with internal teams (purchasing, logistics, quality)
- Monitor market prices, exchange rates and logistics costs
المؤهلات
- Solid experience sourcing from China
- Experience attending trade fairs and exhibitions (e.g. Canton Fair)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Good understanding of international trade, logistics and Incoterms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Languages: English and French
