Business Analyst (Odoo ERP) - Abu Dhabi (Arabic)

Property Shop Investments (PSI) is looking for an experienced, dynamic and skilled Business Analyst with strong Odoo ERP expertise to join our team and drive process improvement, system optimization and digital transformation.
المسؤوليات
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Perform gap analysis between business needs and Odoo standard features
- Map AS-IS and TO-BE business processes
- Translate business needs into BRD, FRD, User Stories, and Process Flow Diagrams
- Maintain a structured product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner
- Work closely with the Product Owner on backlog refinement and sprint planning
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
- Translate business requirements into Odoo functional designs
- Collaborate with developers on custom modules and integrations
- Support implementation of core Odoo modules: HR, Recruitment, Accounting, Inventory, Projects
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- At least one mandatory certification: CBAP / CCBA / ECBA / PMI-PBA / Certified Scrum Business Analyst / Scrum Product Owner / Agile Business Analysis Certification
- 4 years of Business Analyst experience (Required)
- 4 years of Odoo ERP experience (Required)
- Arabic language proficiency (Required)
