Sylndr was born to build trust in the Egyptian pre-owned cars market by bringing transparency, reliability and delivering best-in-class service to all stakeholders. We are looking for a results-driven Telesales Agent to engage potential customers, understand their needs, and convert leads into successful car sales or bookings. You will be the first voice of Sylndr, guiding customers through their car-buying or selling journey and ensuring a smooth handoff to the next stage.
المسؤوليات
- Contact potential customers via outbound and inbound calls
- Qualify leads and understand customer needs
- Act as a focal point for Buyers & Sellers
- Clearly explain Sylndr’s services, process, and value proposition
- Book appointments, inspections, or follow-ups as required
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Handle customer objections professionally and confidently
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and trust
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce or relevant
- 2 years of experience in Telesales is preferred
