Director - Executive Director, Portfolio & Asset Strategy

Whitehawk Therapeutics is seeking an accomplished Senior Director - Executive Director of Portfolio & Asset Strategy to lead integrated asset-level strategy across the company’s oncology pipeline. This individual will serve as the strategic quarterback for all three clinical-stage ADC programs, ensuring cohesive and data-driven development strategies from early clinical development through proof-of-concept and beyond.

- Lead end-to-end asset strategy for all current and potential future pipeline programs
- Ensure strategic alignment across assets, balancing scientific opportunity and clinical risk
- Translate complex scientific data into strategic recommendations for leadership
- Partner with Clinical Development, Medical Affairs and R&D to shape clinical trial designs
- Support business development activities and diligence on potential new assets
- Monitor competitive landscape and emerging clinical data in oncology
- Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to inform strategy
المؤهلات
- PhD, MD, PharmD, or MS/MBA with strong scientific literacy
- Prior biopharma strategy consulting experience at established firm
- 10-15+ years of experience in portfolio / asset strategy or new product planning in the biopharma industry
- Strong background in oncology
- Experience in lung cancer or gynecologic cancers highly preferred
- Demonstrated experience leading asset or portfolio strategy for clinical-stage programs
- Proven ability to work effectively in small to mid-sized biotech environments
