Business Development & Proposal Specialist (Saudi National only)

The Business Development OR Proposal Specialist will support and execute business development activities for the Siting & Environmental Services portfolio, with a primary focus on Saudi Arabia. The role involves identifying opportunities, supporting bids, managing client relationships, and contributing to growth initiatives aligned with Assystem’s strategic objectives.
المسؤوليات
- Support the development and execution of business development plans
- Identify, track, and qualify new business opportunities
- Assist in managing the full bid lifecycle, including expressions of interest, proposals, and negotiations
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure client requirements are well understood
- Support the BU Director in building and maintaining client relationships
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and workshops
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments
- Work closely with engineering, environmental, and project teams to support proposals
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geosciences, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
- 8–12 years of experience in business development, commercial, Tendering or Proposals within engineering, environmental, or consultancy sectors
