Senior leadership role responsible for the strategic development, commercial performance, and operational excellence of all duty-free and retail concessions across AD Airports.
المسؤوليات
- Define and execute the travel retail strategy
- Manage the overall travel retail budget
- Identify initiatives to increase spend per passenger
- Lead commercial negotiations with global retail concessionaires
- Monitor global airport retail trends
- Drive digital retail innovation and loyalty programs
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Retail Management
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in retail or travel retail
- At least 7 years in senior leadership roles
