Head of Operation - Q App

Q is a retail company with real on-ground operations and a live consumer app. This is a hands-on, execution-first leadership role. You are accountable for orders going out, deliveries happening on time, and teams performing under pressure. You will build and own the full operational structure for the app, covering fulfillment, dark store readiness, and last-mile delivery.
المسؤوليات
- Own Fulfillment operations end-to-end
- Design and run the Last-Mile delivery model
- Build the operational hiring and org structure from scratch
- Define clear roles and responsibilities and distribute core tasks
- Lead large teams in high-stress environments
- Work closely with WMS and OMS systems
- Prepare operations for peaks and seasonal spikes
- Lead the gradual transition toward a Dark Store model
المؤهلات
- Strong background in E-Commerce Fulfillment
- Hands-on experience in Dark Store or Micro-Fulfillment
- Proven experience in Last-Mile delivery operations
- Experience in startups or fast-scaling companies
- Managing operations under very high pressure
- Proven ability to build operational org structures
- Leading large field teams
