We are seeking a Community Health Worker to contribute subject matter expertise to AI training initiatives. You will review and validate health-related scenarios, document common workflows, and evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy and cultural competence.

- Provide expertise on community health practices and patient engagement
- Review, annotate, and validate health-related datasets for AI training
- Document workflows, case management processes, and referral pathways
- Evaluate AI responses for clarity and cultural competence
- Translate real-world cases into structured training inputs
- Participate in virtual collaboration sessions
المؤهلات
- Certified Community Health Worker (CHW) or equivalent hands-on experience
- Strong understanding of public health principles and patient advocacy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in digital health innovation
- Preferred: Experience in AI training or data annotation
