The Senior Project Coordinator will oversee and guide the daily operations of the Project Coordination team, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, on time, and in line with company standards. This role serves as the first point of escalation for operational or task-related issues.
المسؤوليات
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Project Coordinators
- Review completed tasks to ensure accuracy and adherence to guidelines
- Act as the first escalation point for operational challenges
- Consolidate team outputs and deliver finalized tasks to the Operations Manager
- Prepare and manage recorded sessions links sheets
- Handle deductions for teachers or coordinators according to company policies
- Oversee salary-related inputs and validations before submission
- Ensure all teachers’ and coordinators’ data is up to date
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations or a similar role
- Strong experience dealing with LMS platforms
- Very good command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
- English proficiency: Very Good or higher
