Lead of Ops and Eng Applications

Lead OPS and ENG Applications team to achieve desired outcomes, resolve complex problems, work under broad direction and is fully accountable for meeting allocated objectives and establishes milestones. Support and enhance complex range of applications focusing on OPS and ENG Applications.
المسؤوليات
- Plan and allocate the work of technical support team
- Monitor and manage performance of system support activities
- Provide advice and guidance on applications and databases security, licensing, upgrades, etc.
- Lead the definition, documentation, and safe execution of medium to large scale projects
- Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues
- Support business case development
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, or information systems
- 10 years’ IT experience
- Prior working experience in leading OPS and ENG applications (Pi Historian, ePTW, IntelaTrac, PMS, Meridium, StarLIMS, Primavera)
- Demonstrated experience in managing IT applications development/implementation projects
- Advanced Knowledge of ITIL processes
