The Marketing Manager will be responsible for building the entire marketing strategy which includes defining the annual marketing budget and spend allocation, in addition to conducting in depth post campaign analysis. The role is heavily geared towards promoting a strong brand identity with consistent messaging across all marketing channels for a luxury Real Estate brokerage firm.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, SEO, PPC, email).
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content (videos, brochures, advertisements).
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Manage the company's website, social media accounts, and online presence.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA and other regulatory requirements for real estate marketing.

المؤهلات

  • Post Graduate degree in Marketing, MBA or Master’s in related field.
  • Total experience of 8-10 years in Marketing with at least 4-5 years in Dubai.
  • At least 2-3 years experience in the real estate sector.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate marketing trends, digital advertising and lead generation strategies.
  • Experience with SEO, Google Ads, social media advertising (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), and CRM tools.
