المسؤوليات
- Develop, review, and adjust project schedules, defining project scope and resources needed to meet deadlines.
- Manage daily site activities, including supervising workers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure productivity and quality.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, track paperwork, and provide progress reports to project managers.
- Monitor expenses, identify budget variances, and manage change orders.
- Manage claims against the client.
المؤهلات
- Requires 5+ years in professional planning, project coordination, or a related field.
- Advanced Primavera planning and programming skills.
- Experienced in preparing and managing claims against the client.
