  • Personally manage and close guest bookings
  • Lead, coach, and manage a global sales team
  • Optimize the end-to-end sales funnel in HubSpot
  • Develop OTA and tour operator channels
  • Design sales playbooks and training programs
  • Maintain premium brand standards across UK, MENA, Russia, and Asia markets

المؤهلات

  • Native-level English (mandatory) and Turkish
  • Minimum 5 years of B2C sales experience in luxury hospitality or medical tourism
  • Proven track record of closing high-value offerings
  • Experience leading international sales teams
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM
