The role will be primarily responsible for developing and executing people strategies that support the overall goals of MGN Egypt in conformance with local regulations and laws. Working closely with the functional heads at Mashreq HQ the role will be responsible for overseeing all PICG functions at MGN Egypt including Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, Employee Relations, Rewards & Performance, Learning & Talent Development and Employee Engagement.
المسؤوليات
- Work with the PABP & functional head to create and implement a PICG strategy to attract and retain best of talent
- Support the team in spotting, sourcing and engaging with top talent available at Egypt
- Identify and negotiate with local recruitment agencies for sourcing manpower
- Enhance local market intelligence, establishing a database and maintaining people information on all competitors
- Direct involvement in on-boarding and induction of all hires joining MGN Egypt
- Manage PICG Operations at MGN Egypt, which includes monthly payroll, employee file management, and HRMS upkeep
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures
- Oversee the design and implementation of the rewards and performance strategy
- Conduct compensation benchmarking exercises
- Develop and lead the engagement strategy for MGNE
- Manage the training and organisational development plan
- Ensure statutory compliance of labor laws applicable at MGN Egypt
المؤهلات
- A professional or relevant post graduate management qualification is essential
- At least 15 years’ experience in Human Resources at both operational and strategic level
- Ability to strategize, plan and deliver solutions for an offshore delivery center
- Excellent management skills in ensuring process adherence
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to negotiate and interact at senior levels
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- High level of analytical ability
- Knowledge of banking business/financial services industry is a distinct advantage
- Sound knowledge of Egypt Labour laws
