Admin & HR Assistant

Perform administrative assistance across multiple departments, including HR, Accounts, Procurement, Customer Service, Data Entry, and Operations. This role supports a workshop environment with data entry and supplier coordination.
المسؤوليات
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
- Manage supplier invoices accurately
- Handle customer follow-ups on vehicle repair status
- Respond to telephone and WhatsApp inquiries
- Maintain daily inventory records
- Prepare customer quotations and job estimates
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding orders and deliveries
- Assist with worker management including attendance
المؤهلات
- Female candidate required
- Prior experience in administration, data entry, or office support preferred
- Experience in an automotive or workshop environment is an advantage
