Quality Lead

We are looking for a hands-on leader in software testing to join our teams in Casablanca. Working with Software Engineers and Product Managers you will establish best practices, create the needed quality principle and processes to support your team creating value for our customer at pace without compromising quality. You enjoy getting your hands in to the code, coaching/enabling less experienced Engineers and furthering our global quality practice working with a wide range of stakeholders across multiple locations.

- Make decisions that your team respects and present ideas clearly
- Bring the quality mindset to the whole team by encouraging & coaching
- Coach and mentor individual contributors to ensure quality standards are set
- Brainstorm new features with Product Management and Developers
- Design test case outlines for use in coding automated tests using appropriate technology and tools
- Perform peer code reviews to improve test code quality
- Write, execute and review test plans for new product features
- Work on initiatives to improve test processes and tools
- Investigate and reproduce problems reported by customers
المؤهلات
- B.S. in Computer Science or Computer Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in the related field
- Proved experience leading Test Engineers and caring about their career development
