The Associate Director supports the Director in the strategic, operational, and academic leadership of the English Language Academy Programming. This role ensures high-quality instruction, consistent program delivery, faculty training, and alignment with institutional accreditation standards.
المسؤوليات
- Assist the Director in strategic planning and annual program development
- Oversee program operations to ensure consistency, quality, and timely delivery
- Support the design, review, and implementation of curriculum, course materials, learning outcomes, and assessment tools
- Supervise Program Coordinators
- Lead academic initiatives related to accreditation, quality assurance, and program review
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and evaluation of English language instructors
- Conduct classroom observations and provide performance feedback
- Lead professional development activities, workshops, and coaching for faculty
المؤهلات
- Master’s degree or higher
- 10 years of experience
- Proven experience assisting leadership with strategic planning
- Expertise in curriculum and assessment development
- Successful supervisory experience
- Native-level English proficiency
- Arabic proficiency skills preferred
