Senior Manager - Land Use Approvals (RES348)

Oversee and help lead the intricate regulatory and permitting processes required to bring our vision to life. You'll collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure seamless alignment with zoning, environmental, and planning standards.
المسؤوليات
- Evaluate land use proposals to ensure alignment with Qiddiya City policies
- Evaluate proposals from Asset Teams resulting in changes to Masterplans
- Oversee impact assessments of proposed land use planning changes
- Act as a liaison between District Master Developer and government ministries
- Monitor progress of approval processes and resolve delays
- Lead and manage weekly and monthly reporting to District Leadership
- Advocate for project approvals by presenting data to regulatory bodies
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in urban planning, environmental science, or related field
- Minimum of 9-12 years of experience in land use planning and permitting
- At least 5 years experience working on large-scale projects
- Strong knowledge of zoning laws and entitlement processes
