Executive Assessment Lead

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assessment Lead to join the Executive Development & Compensation (ED&C) Organization. This position will establish and oversee the assessment strategy across the Aramco Group, ensuring alignment with the overall talent strategy and leadership development journeys. You will define and implement a comprehensive assessment framework that supports the identification, development, and succession of top talent at the Director and above levels.

- Establish and oversee assessment strategy across Aramco Group
- Define and implement a comprehensive assessment framework
- Design and deliver assessment solutions for the business
- Inform and guide the assessment governance framework
- Support governance practices around assessment data/reports
- Oversee vendor deliverables and outputs
- Facilitate effective conversations around assessment data
- Perform individual assessment work and feedback sessions
- Undertake spot audits of reports and processes
المؤهلات
- Bachelor of Science in Business and Management (Occupational/Industrial Psychology preferred)
- Minimum 9 years' experience in the field
- 5 years of experience in executive assessment specialized field
- Significant experience working with senior leadership (Directors, VPs, C-suite)
