Develop and implement growth strategies for restaurant brands. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations. Oversee sales performance, cost control, and operational improvements. Work closely with restaurant managers to enhance customer experience. Lead promotional activities, branding initiatives, and new product launches. Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform decisions. Prepare forecasts, performance reports, and business evaluations.
