Responsible for ensuring that all food safety standards and regulations are adhered to across our various venues and operations, maintaining the highest quality of safety practices.
المسؤوليات
- Implement and monitor HACCP/FSMS principles
- Conduct routine hygiene inspections and temperature checks
- Maintain food safety documentation and logs
- Support investigations for non-conformities
- Verify staff hygiene and medical fitness
- Coordinate with Quality and HSE teams for audits
- Provide on-site coaching to catering teams
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in Food Safety, Public Health, Nutrition, or related
- Minimum 5 years of experience in food safety supervision
- Food safety certifications (HACCP, ISO 22000) preferred
