Our client is looking to hire an experienced and driven Head of Strategy and Execution to join their high-performing team based in Amman, Jordan. About the Role: The Head of Strategy and Execution will be responsible for defining the organisation’s long-term strategic direction and ensuring that strategy is effectively translated into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. The role will overlook the company’s strategy and execution within the retail banking function on a global level. Additionally, the role bridges leadership vision and day-to-day execution, working closely with the CEO and senior leadership to drive growth, operational efficiency, and transformation initiatives. Key responsibilities typically include strategic planning, performance management, overseeing cross-functional initiatives, tracking KPIs, and ensuring alignment across business units to deliver strategic priorities on time and within budget.
