This position will be the main point of contact for employees requiring Tier 1 human resource support. This position serves as the liaison between employees in supporting functional areas including general HR administration, leave management, and triaging inquiries.
المسؤوليات
- Assist with employee requests via email and phone
- Manage personnel files and employment verification requests
- Process leave and ADA accommodation requests
- Update and maintain Human Resource Information System records
- Support the performance management process
- Respond to unemployment notices
المؤهلات
- Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in organizing and managing administrative processes
- Ability to handle sensitive employee issues with confidentiality
