The Electrical Engineer reports to the Field Electro-Mechanical Engineer. Responsibilities include day-to-day activities of the construction/maintenance site related to electrical works, supervising and monitoring site contractors, ensuring quality, health and safety measures on site, and coordination with EDL, municipalities, and local authorities. The role involves review and recommendation of solar PV system designs, preparing tender documents, and managing project reports.

- Supervise and monitor site contractors and subcontractors
- Review and recommend PV solar system designs
- Prepare concepts and final design for rehabilitation of transformers and networks
- Resolve technical difficulties in consultation with supervisor
- Check electrical drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings
- Prepare technical, financial, and related reports
- Monitor quality of materials used in the project
- Valuate contractor-executed electrical works
المؤهلات
- University degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution
- At least four years’ working experience in electrical works
- At least two years in site-supervision work and technical administration
