Head of Media (Remote from Romania)

We are seeking a dynamic media leader who can combine creative vision with strategic execution to elevate the organization’s online presence. This role offers the opportunity to shape the voice and identity of the brand across multiple digital platforms, driving engagement and audience growth. You will lead a talented, cross-functional media team and develop innovative content franchises.
المسؤوليات
- Develop recurring online content franchises and media properties
- Lead and grow a small but agile media team
- Expand the organization’s presence across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn
- Serve as the brand’s voice on social platforms: write captions and engage with community
- Drive social brainstorming sessions and creative sprints
- Collaborate with partners, creators, and influencers
- Analyze performance metrics and iterate to improve engagement
المؤهلات
- Exceptional English proficiency (CEFR Level C2)
- Hands-on experience in ideating, scripting, shooting, and posting content
- Proven track record growing social channels and media properties
- Portfolio demonstrating successful audience-building content
- Excellent storytelling and creative judgment
- Knowledge of platform-specific content strategies
