GRC Manager

The GRC Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously enhancing the company’s Governance, Risk, and Compliance framework to ensure organizational integrity, operational efficiency, and regulatory adherence. The role oversees corporate governance structures, enterprise risk management, compliance obligations, internal controls, and reporting to executive leadership and the Board.
المسؤوليات
- Develop and implement the corporate governance framework
- Manage the Enterprise Risk Register
- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements including PDPL
- Enhance the internal control framework in alignment with COSO standards
- Prepare periodic reports for the Board of Directors
- Conduct GRC gap assessments for IPO readiness
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Law, or Risk Management
- 5–8 years of experience in Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, or Internal Controls
- Experience working with Board of Directors and executive leadership
- Preferred certifications: GRCP, CRISC, CGEIT, ISO 31000, ISO 27001, CIA
