- Lead negotiations with joint venture partners
- Conduct due diligence on corporate structures
- Administer resolution of legal disputes through litigation
- Outsource drafting to specialized consultants
- Review documentation for corporate financing transactions
المؤهلات
- LLB undergraduate degree
- Professional training from within a common-law legal system
- Middle East transactional experience
- Fluent English
