Vendor Management Coordinator

As a Vendor Management Coordinator of Clinical Supplies, you will play a crucial role in managing a team within the department and overseeing projects to ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulations. Supports the day-to-day operations of the study drug, comparators and ancillaries' management.
المسؤوليات
- Supports operations of study drug and comparators management
- Coordinates with vendors for outsourced clinical supplies services
- Ensures compliance with company good practices and regulations
- Serve as a liaison cross-functionally
- Request and verify vendor quotations
- Place Purchase Orders following global procedures
- Manage vendors selected for services and monitor delivery quality
المؤهلات
- Advanced English and good communication skills
- Solid understanding of the Clinical Supply process (manufacturing, handling, importing, auditing)
- Strong organizational, planning and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- High standards of quality and excellence
